NOTE TO REQUESTOR: Requests for copies of student transcripts, diplomas, cumulative records, and other student records made through the Open Records Requests online submission platform WILL NOT be processed. Please forward all such requests to the Department of Student Information Management for handling Memphis-Shelby County Schools is CLOSED (November 22 - 30, 2025) for THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY BREAK. NO OPEN RECORDS REQUESTS ARE BEING ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. Please return on December 1, 2025, to submit your request. We apologize for any inconvenience.
